Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

Arise Appointments (“Arise,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a professional appointment booking service. We handle outreach, qualification, and scheduling on behalf of the agents we serve. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — name, email address, phone number, time zone, and password when an agent or caller creates or is granted an account.
  • Business information — agent preferences, booking requirements, calendars, and scheduling details needed to perform the booking service.
  • Appointment data — appointment times and outcomes that our callers record while booking on an agent’s behalf.
  • Communications — messages you send us through contact forms, email, phone, or text message.
  • Usage data — basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and device type, used to keep the service working and secure.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the appointment booking service to agents and callers.
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and track appointments and their outcomes.
  • Communicate with you about appointments, schedules, and account matters.
  • Send service announcements and transactional messages (never unrelated marketing without consent).
  • Maintain security, prevent misuse, and keep accurate operational records.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • With agents and their teams — appointment details are shared with the specific agent a booking was made for, and with the callers authorized to work that agent’s calendar.
  • Service providers — trusted vendors that help us operate the service (hosting, email delivery, phone systems), bound by contract to use the data only on our instructions.
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Arise, we use your mobile number and consent record only to send you the messages you requested (such as appointment confirmations and scheduling updates). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share, sell, or transfer text messaging originator opt-in data or consent to any third parties.

6. Data retention

We keep account and appointment records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information and we will honor it subject to those obligations.

7. Security

We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, access controls, and role-based permissions inside the platform. Access to account and appointment data is limited to authorized users who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we review and improve our safeguards continuously.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • Opt out of non-essential email by using the unsubscribe link.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@ariseappointments.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children

Arise Appointments is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify account holders through the platform or by email.
